Every container we sell is covered by our guarantee: a 1-year warranty covering the structural integrity of the container. This includes the doors (properly seal), the floors (free of holes), and the roof (no leaks). We also offer a 30-day money back guarantee (less shipping charges) on every container we sell. New / Used Containers Warranty

The Warranty Certificate provided with each and every Shipping Container covers premature deterioration or failure of the original manufacturers components and/or materials when the unit is utilized for it’s intended purpose as a storage container. 
 
Premature deterioration caused by ordinary wear and tear, abnormal use or misuse of the product, adhesion failure of added coatings, paint, stickers, prints or decals, structural defects from overloading, improper stacking or lifting, damage or defects caused in whole or in part by fire, flood, extreme weather conditions (hail-wind-snow-ice), any acts of nature, any alterations or modifications, vandalism, negligence, or any other like causes that are beyond the control of NGGC corporation are not covered under the warranty. 
 
Exemptions:
Refrigerated Shipping Containers (Reefers) purchased as New or One Trip units include a five year limited manufacturer’s warranty on the engine and refrigeration components. While the NGGC Inc structural integrity warranty applies to Refrigerated Shipping Containers; there is no further warranty offered on the engine and/or refrigeration components beyond the manufacturer’s warranty.
 
Modified Shipping Containers carry a one year warranty on the modified components. While container modifications are made by experienced technicians and to the highest quality standards; installation requires cutting of the container walls, affecting the structural integrity of the unit. Therefore modified containers cannot be stacked and the warranty is reduced, guaranteeing modified containers will remain wind and water tight for a minimum three years.  
 
NGGC reserves the right to repair or replace the faulty component or material. Buyers making a warranty claim are required to send pictures via email to NGGC for assessment. 
  • If you receive a defective product or an incorrect item, please contact us immediately. We will provide a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

Warranty Claims Process

If you encounter an issue with your shipping container that you believe is covered under this warranty, please follow these steps:
 
a) Contact our Customer Service team by email at support@ nexgenerationglobalcontainers.com
b) Provide your order number, the container ID number (BIC Code) or proof of purchase and explain the issue in detail.
c) Include photographs or videos of the problem area to help us assess the claim.
d) NGGC staff will review your claim and notify you of the next steps within 5 business days.

Disclaimer

This warranty is provided as-is and applies only to the structural functionality of the both new and used shipping containers. The warranty is non-transferable and applies solely to the original purchaser. By purchasing this shipping container from NGGC, you acknowledge that all shipping containers (including new one trip units) have been used, and you accept the normal wear and tear associated with it, including cosmetic corrosion and dents.
